The processing of fruit has a long tradition in our family. Founded in 1917 as Rheinische Apfelkraut factory, we started in 1930 with the production of fruit juices, first as wage cider. Even today, can be fruit meadow owner of the Lower Rhine and the adjacent Münsterland vermosten their apples in wages to juice: We will swap for a press wage 100 kg apples against 80 bottles of 0.7 liters. Excess fruit we like to buy. Today we hold in 3rd and 4th generation firmly proven, artisanal Mostertradition and treading all domestic fruit itself - in this way we can influence the quality from the beginning. In terms of quality we are consistent, our own standards are all about the legal requirements.
And this effort pays off: In 2013, 18 of our juices from the German Agricultural Society (DLG) were awarded. At Anuga the national prize of the Ministry of Agriculture was awarded to us.
Especially we were pleased that in July 2010 the magazine ÖKO TEST in a test with more than 20 naturally cloudy apple juices honored our "apple juice from traditional orchards" with very well.
