Cooking from the books of Ottolenghi sometimes resembles a hurdle run. This is not due to the recipes or the way they are written down, but to the ingredients. Some of them are fairly standard and can even be found in the supermarket. With regard to the latter, Ottolenghi himself believes that the quality often leaves much to be desired. At the other end of the spectrum, we see ingredients that we had never heard of.
But we have now traced almost all of them and, because it is our mission, we have also included different variants of many of those rare ingredients in the range. You can order them separately, but also as a composite package of which we have three. Successively these are the "base ten", "ten + ten" and "Flavor-20".
