This pure oil is pressed cold from the peeled seeds of safflower. So valuable ingredients and taste are very well preserved. Incidentally, safflower oil containing 70% - 80% linoleic acid.

Cold-pressed safflower oil from organic farming is a high quality edible oil for the cold and hot meals. It has a golden yellow to slightly reddish color and a pleasant, mild, slightly nutty flavor. Zucchini Salad (4 servings)
Ingredients:
3 small zucchini
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon safflower oil
50 g hazelnuts
50 g Roquefort
1 bunch of chives
Salt pepper

Preparation:
The zucchini wash, free from flowers and stalks and cut into thin slices. Slices on a plate decoratively. The hazelnuts chop, dice the cheese finely and cut the chives in rolls. Iceberg salad with orange
Ingredients:

Preparation:
