This pure cooking oil is pressed windmill fresh cold from blue or gray poppy seeds. So valuable ingredients and the varietal taste are particularly well preserved. The pale yellow, characterful oil makes ideal in dressings, fruit salads, cereals or desserts.

By cold pressing of freshly harvested blue and gray poppy our poppy seed oil is produced. The typical taste of the poppy in poppy oil is preserved by the native cold pressing. Poppy seed oil, which is distinguished by its delicate sweet flavor, is a digestible edible oil for cold dishes and is also used in cosmetics.

Poppy seed oil contains no opiates (morphine and codeine)!

Carrot salad (4 servings)

Ingredients:
10 carrots
2 apples
4 tablespoons poppy oil
some balsamic vinegar bright
lemon juice
Sugar, salt

Preparation:
The carrot and apples, peel and finely grate. The poppy seed oil with a little balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, whisk. Mix with the rasps and season with sugar and salt.

Fennel Cheese Salad (4 servings)

Ingredients:
1 fennel bulb
1 green pepper
1 kohlrabi
100 g feta cheese
1 bunch of chives
3 tablespoons poppy oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar bright
Salt, pepper, sugar, ginger

Preparation:
Cut fennel into very thin slices, place the green side. bring water to a boil and fry the fennel slices 1 min. Blanch, lift out with a ladle and set aside to cool. Kohlrabi peel and cut into very fine pins. Also in remaining water 1-2 min. blanch. Remove with the scoop groove and set aside.
