Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. After three weeks of maceration has 18 months in new French oak partially spent and then aged 12 months to 12 months.
It has a deep ruby color with some garnet hues that reveals heat and aging. The nose is subtle of ripe red fruits, chocolate and oak. Dry, medium-bodied, with obvious and ripe tannins. The higher acidity gives it a good drinkability and well preserved freshness.
