Black Ranch Steakhouse charcoal
Top quality charcoal, large pieces of hardwood with excellent burning properties and a neutral odor. Originating from the land of the ancient barbecues (asadores). The charcoal comes from natural forests and no production is used in production, such as the addition of chemistry to accelerate production.
The "Argentina" is more aromatic than the "Kuba", we generally prefer the "Kuba" because it lends itself better to closed use of kamado (BGE) or Weber as the meat or other product will taste very smoky.
Currently (June 2020) there are supply problems with charcoal products. We may not be able to supply certain types / brands and have to supply an alternative.
