Denis Brown is a class apart. His company is small, with just 35 cows and 500 laying hens, but enough for him to lead a good life. He has been organic (SKAL no. 013 538), but does like it one step further by following the ideas Vanmeert Joel Salentin.

The hens are not in a loft or a large run, but populate a griendbos behind in the country. There they find voldioende ondergroeiu and grass, because a chicken biologiche no grass to eat, according to Daan no organic chicken.

The cheese is made by Biokaas Kinderdijk and is made from vegetarian rennet.
